This program is available to any child with a health or physical impairment which, in the opinion of a licensed medical examiner, will cause them to be absent from school for more than two consecutive weeks, and who school personnel determine can educationally benefit from such a program. In the event of extended illness, notify the school principal and building nurse. There is no waiting period for this service; service begins the first day the child can benefit from it.
