Birthday Book Donation
Again this year, Eisenhower families have the opportunity to donate a book to our Library Media Center in honor of their child’s birthday. Your child will be able to choose a new book for the LMC to which we will add a special nameplate with his/her name. A picture of your child holding the donated book will be posted on display during the school year. Your child will be the first to check out this book for usual checkout period.
If you would like your child to participate in this program, please return the bottom portion of this form and cash or check in the amount of $5.00 to $25.00. Please make checks payable to Eisenhower Elementary School.

Libros de donacio´n para celebrar los cumplean~os
Este an~o, las familias de la escuela Eisenhower tienen la oportunidad de donar un libro a la biblioteca de la escuela para celebrar el cumplean~os de su hijo. Su hijo va a poder escoger un libro nuevo para la biblioteca en que ponemos una placa con su nombre y fecha de cumplean~os. Tambie´n tomamos una foto con su hijo y su libro donado para que todos la pueden ver. Su hijo sera´ la primera persona que saca el libro nuevo; necesitara´n regresarlo cuando su hijo viene a la biblioteca la pro´xima semana.
Si le gustari´a donar un libro nuevo a la biblioteca, por favor regrese esta hoja con entre $5.00 y $20.00 en efectivo o con un cheque. Por favor haga el cheque pagable a Eisenhower Elementary School.
