Stock Market Game
The Stock Market Game introduces young people to saving and investing through a simulation of the stock market and bond market.
Students get to trade and manage their own virtual $100,000 investment portfolio (www.stockmarketgame.org)
The game is open to all students in 7th and 8th grade. Students typically choose to work in collaborative teams.
Informational meetings will be held on 1/31 during lunch (8th grade - Campbell's classroom; 7th grade Alexander's classroom).
Regular meetings will be held every Tuesday from February 7 to April 4 during lunch periods.
This opportunity is presented by Kiwanis and taught by financial professionals Jeremy Gates, Mayor Bill Brown, and Jack Smith.
