In the Spring of 2014, Prospect Heights School District 23 was approached by members of the Link Together Coalition to join them in their community-based committee representing a wide range of organizations from across Wheeling Township. We enthusiastically joined this coalition to support and participate in their efforts to advocate for policy and community actions to reduce and eliminate teen drug and alcohol use and abuse.
