Unit Evaluation

Effective – Giving students six to ten web sites to start with for research

They needed to research the four different aspects of fitness to compile information

Not Effective – Not entirely sure they understood the overall fitness importance included in their full workout.

Do Different – Bring the students up to the fitness room in the middle of research to be more hands on with what they are planning to do for their fitness workout

The students seem to enjoy making their own workout.  They also seemed to learn more about their bodies and how different activities many areas of the body.  Will keep twinking the project.
