For starters try 75 ESL Teaching Ideas   for a great list of ideas to stimulate language expression. Language Testing: An inclusive site that offers links to articles to answer questions about designing and evaluating tests.  There are a number of great examples of how to test the language skill areas; grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Grammar Help: Many, many activities for grammar practice; parts of speech, idioms and punctuation. Plus links to other sites for more grammar practice.
