Drop Off and
Pick Up Procedures

The Betsy Ross parking lot can be a high traffic area both before and after school. Please review map below and follow the traffic pattern to assure the safety of all of our students. Morning Drop Off Children are expected to be in their classrooms by 8:30 each morning for the start of the day. Students may begin entering the building at 8:15 am. Please do not drop off children before 8:15. DO NOT exit your car unless it is parked in a space. Afternoon Pick Up Children are dismissed at 2:25. All cars should enter the parking lot at the far south entrance by the playground. We ask that you turn left and loop the parking spaces farthest from the school. This prevents traffic from backing up onto Schoenbeck Road. You may either park in one of these spaces and walk to the building to pick up your child from a supervisor or remain in your car and a supervisor will bring your child to you. DO NOT leave your car unless it is parked in a space. DO NOT encourage your child to come to you without a supervisor’s assistance.
