The State of Illinois requires that the School District have the items listed below on file, so if hired you will need to provide:
- Copy of Fingerprint-Based Criminal History Check Report issued by North Cook ISC
- Physician’s Statement of Good Health and freedom from all communicable diseases including tuberculosis
- Copy of your employment eligibility documents
